Long time readers know that I love benchmarks -- here's a free
study that focuses specifically on non-profits. Key categories
include e-mail, fundraising and advocacy. It features a small group
of very large non-profits, so factor that in if you end up using
these in projections, but all-in-all it's a good jumping off point.
